At CoolDeSocks we try to keep the prices as low as possible! For this, we have an honest, up front, low cost shipping policy, where we look for the cheapest shipping options for our customers. These Shipping options and price will be presented to you during the checkout process.


For international orders, CoolDeSocks use the Indonesia Postal Service (POS Indonesia) and offer two types of shipping method to choose from: POS Indonesia – ePacket and POS Indonesia EMS. Each shipping method allows for different dates of delivery.  POS Indonesia – ePacket is the most economical service for less-than-urgent deliveries. On average it takes 6-8 business days to get your package.  If you need your parcel a little quicker, we have an Express Shipping option using POS Indonesia EMS which only takes 2-3 Business days to reach you after we ship your order. In some cases, delivery time can take longer due to Customs procedures. Although we work hard to complete and ship your order out quickly, we have had reports of Customs delaying orders in some countries. So please be patient.



  • Orders are processed and sent out within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. 
  • CoolDeSocks reserves the right to cancel any order and shipment that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.
  • In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately by our customer service team.
  • Only actual street address will be accepted. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and hotels.
  • Once your order has been shipped, You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can stay up to date with your order.
  • We are not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses provided to us. Once shipment has been made we cannot change the address in any way.
  • CoolDeSocks is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of the delivery carrier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required
  • All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid (DDU), and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. By placing your order, you agree to paying applicable customs, duties, and/or taxes that are levied by your destination country. We are unable to calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
  • If this is a concern for you, we recommend that you check with your local Customs office for more information on processing times and possible fees. We do all that we can to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible, but unfortunately we can’t control a country's Customs process.
