Kebijakan pengembalian

  • Our return policy is 7 days for Indonesia and 30 days for overseas order. This includes return transit times to our warehouse. If the stipulated days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Only regular priced items may be returned, any SALE items cannot be returned for either refund or exchange.
  • Returned items must be in new and unworn condition, as well as being in their original packaging and have all the original tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns with any sign of wear including the scent of deodorant and perfume; or animal hair. In such case, we will mail the goods back to you in the same condition they are received in.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided when you get in contact with us.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend that you send your returns via a tracked and insured delivery service. We will not accept responsibility for returns lost in the post as these remain your responsibility until they have reached us.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • We only offer refund if your purchased items are defective or damaged. If refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • If you have requested an exchange for an item which is more expensive than your return item, you will need to place a new order for your desired product and.your initial order will be refunded
  • Whilst every effort will be made to replace any stock with like for like products, under certain circumstances your preferred item may not be in stock. In these instances, CoolDeSocks reserves the right to issue a credit of the value of the return item.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
